Important Exam Scheduling Information
To support a smooth and reliable testing experience, please note the following important information before scheduling your exam:
- Exams must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. This buffer ensures our proctoring partner can prepare for expected volume and staff accordingly.
- Do not wait until the last minute. This applies to both scheduling and rescheduling. Available times may be limited, especially near the end of your exam window.
- If you do not schedule and take your exam within your assigned exam window, you will need to purchase a new attempt under most circumstances, and extensions will not be granted.
What if your exam is scheduled on the last couple days of the exam window but an emergency comes up? We recognize that life can be unpredictable and emergencies may arise. To accommodate such situations, we offer our extended exam window at the time you are enrolled, providing ample flexibility. This allows you to choose a date that works well for you while still giving yourself a buffer in case of illness, technical issues, or other disruptions. We encourage all test takers to schedule their exam early to avoid losing their exam attempt. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to purchase another attempt if your exam is not taken within your exam window.
